Trampling and spitting

Jana's slave has to open his mouth when she wants to spit. That's exactly what he deserves - he has it coming and has to swallow her spittle. Mistress Jana repeatedly stands on the face of her slave as well. Extreme head trampling without mercy, and again and again he has to swallow her spit or lick it directly from her feet.
